Client portals
A client portal built around how your firm works
We build client portals around how your firm already works: clients send documents against a checklist made from their answers, sign, message and pay in one place, and your staff work the other side with an audit log of who did what. An AI assistant can answer clients from your own policies and FAQ. Try the working portals below, both sides of them. The first call is free.
Accounting · legal · healthcare · any firm that collects from clientsBoth sides: your clients and your staff
- Fewer emails and chasing: a checklist made from each client's answers, so they send the right documents the first time
- Secure by design: sign-in with two-step verification, identity checks before signing, and an audit log
- An AI assistant if you want one: answering clients from your own policies and FAQ, and saying “I don't know” otherwise

Portals you can try, both sides
- Corliss & Vane CPAs An accounting firm's portal: documents against a checklist, draft returns compared, Form 8879 e-signature, messages and payments The firm's workspace too: review, request, reply and file.
- Tallowbrook Plan Services A data collection portal: clients send spreadsheets as they are, and it repairs them and asks only about what's missing Read and checked in the client's browser; the same portal collects any data a business needs from its clients.
- Lumenwell Imaging A patient portal with a real DICOM viewer for CT, MRI, ultrasound and X-ray A CD from another hospital opens in the browser without being uploaded.
- Harborview Health A clinic's patient portal: visits, messages and results, with online booking Booking rules, provider calendars, portal accounts and an audit log.
Your clients' work arrives by email, in pieces
Documents by email
Attachments in five threads, half of them the wrong year, and nobody sure which version is current.
Chasing what's missing
Staff spend the week writing “we still need…” emails instead of doing the work.
Spreadsheets in every layout
Every client sends data their own way, and someone retypes it into yours.
Signatures and payments elsewhere
A separate e-signature service, a separate payment link, and no single place to see where a client stands.
Security by hope
Tax returns and medical records in ordinary email, with no record of who opened what.
A portal that doesn't fit
An off-the-shelf portal built for someone else's firm, so your people work around it.
Built from parts that already work
| Your clients | Your staff |
|---|---|
| Send documents against a checklist made from their answers; uploads checked for type, sharpness, passwords and duplicates | See what's in, what's missing and what to review, per client |
| Upload spreadsheets as they are: the portal finds the columns, repairs dates and numbers and asks only about what's missing | Clean data in your own layout, without retyping |
| Compare drafts side by side and ask about any line | Answer in the same place, with the history kept |
| Sign after identity questions, with a lockout after three tries | Know what was signed, when, and by whom |
| Message, book a meeting and pay by card or ACH | Calendars, payment status and payment plans |
| Ask an AI assistant about your policies and FAQ | Fewer routine questions, and an audit log of who changed what |
Four steps, and you see each one
- A free 30-minute callWhat you want done, who does it today, what it runs on and where the data lives. No preparation needed.
- A written proposalScope, approach, timeline and a price range, so you know what you're getting before any work begins.
- Built in small stepsWork arrives in small, reviewed increments you can see and try along the way. No big reveal at the end.
- Launch and handoverDeployment, documentation and a walkthrough, so your team can run it, or we keep running it for you.
Frequently asked questions
Can it work with the systems we already use?
Yes. Portals are connected to what you already run: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, your CRM and existing APIs.
Is it secure enough for tax returns or medical records?
It's built for it: secure sign-in with two-step verification, identity questions before signing, and an audit log of who did what. Where data may live and who may see it is settled in the first look, before the price.
Can clients send spreadsheets the way they have them?
Yes. The data collection portal reads any Excel or CSV layout, finds the headings, repairs what Excel mangles, such as SSNs, ZIP codes and dates, and asks only about what's missing.
Where does the AI come in?
Where it helps and nowhere it shouldn't. An assistant can answer clients from your own policies and FAQ, and say “I don't know” otherwise. Checklists, signing and payments run on rules, not on a model.
What does it cost?
The first 30-minute call is free. You then get a written proposal with the scope, timeline and a price range before any work begins.
Tell us about your firm
A few lines is enough to start. If you know them, include:
- What kind of firm, and how many clients a year
- What you collect from clients today, and how it arrives
- What else belongs in the portal: signatures, payments, messages
- The systems it should connect to
I read every message myself and usually reply within one business day. Prefer more detail? Fill in the project questionnaire (about 15 minutes).
