How we use your health information
To treat you, to bill for your care, and to run the practice (for example, quality reviews). We share only the minimum necessary, and never sell your information or use it for marketing without your written permission.
Your rights

How we protect it
Encryption in transit and at rest, two-step sign-in for staff and patients, role-based access with audit logs, and signed business associate agreements with every vendor that handles your information.
