Deposition prep: what to expect
Discovery · Saltgrass v. AmbroseMaya, your deposition is set for March 16 at our office. I've attached an outline of the topics Ambrose will likely cover: the contract, the failed batches, and the two grocery accounts.
Three rules for the day: listen to the whole question, answer only that question, and it's fine to say you don't remember. We'll practice on March 12.

Good question. Don't study on your own: anything you review to refresh your memory can be asked about. We'll go through the key ones together on the 12th.
