WoodArt Delft
Privacy
This page explains what happens to the details you send with a work request, and to the rest of your visit. It applies to aiwebcenter.com/woodart.
Who is responsible
Harold Planting (WoodArt Delft, Delft, the Netherlands) is responsible for your details. You can reach him at woodart@aiwebcenter.com. The website and its mailbox are run for him by AI Web Center (Jan Dekkers).
Work requests
When you send a request, we receive your name, your email address and what you wrote and chose in the form. It goes to Harold as an email, and you get a copy. Harold uses it only to answer you and, if you agree on a piece, to make and deliver it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Where it is kept, and for how long
Requests and the emails about them are kept in the woodart@ mailbox on AI Web Center’s own server, which is in the United States. Harold deletes them when they are no longer needed: when a request doesn’t lead to a piece, within 12 months of the last contact.
The AI assistant
If you use “Ask AI Harold”, your questions are sent to an AI provider to be answered and aren’t stored on our server. Please don’t share personal details there; use the request form instead.
Visits
There are no cookies, trackers or analytics. Your browser remembers your language choice for this site. Like any website, the server keeps a technical log of requests (including your IP address) for 14 days, to keep the site running and secure.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how they are used, by emailing woodart@aiwebcenter.com. If you’re unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
