What happens when I go over my event limit?
Nothing breaks. We keep collecting, let you know, and you can upgrade or buy an event pack. We never delete data for going over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the period; annual plans can be refunded pro rata within 30 days.
Where is my data stored?
In the US by default. Scale workspaces can choose EU storage, and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
