Good to know

Clear policies, no fine print

Cancellation

Free up to 48 hours before pickup. After that we keep one day's rental; the rest is refunded.

Deposit

A refundable hold on your card at pickup, released within three business days of a clean return. It is never charged unless something's damaged.

Drivers and riders

Camper van drivers must be 25+ with a valid license, checked in person at pickup. Kids' helmets and PFDs are free with any rental.

Your data

We see your license at the counter but don't scan or keep a copy. Card details go straight to our payment processor; we only ever see the last four digits.
