Weather
If the Coast Guard issues a small craft advisory for your day, reschedule free or get a full refund. Your call.
Skippering yourself
Show your certification or state boater card at the dock. First rental at a new marina includes a 30-minute checkout sail with our dock team.
Deposit and fuel
A refundable hold at check-in, released after a clean return. Sailboats return as they left; powerboats are topped up and billed, unless you prepaid fuel.
Cancellation
Free up to 72 hours before departure. Inside 72 hours we keep 50%, or move your booking to another date at no charge.
Your information
We check your certificate at the dock but don't keep a copy. Sailing résumés are read only by the dock team. Cards are handled by our payment processor; we never see the full number.
Safety
Every boat carries life jackets for all aboard, a VHF radio and a float plan on file with the marina. Kids' life jackets in every size, free.
